Cook
linguini in large pot according to package instructions.
While boiling, in medium sized skillet, add cooking oil,
shallots and cook for 2 minutes over medium heat. Add white
wine and simmer until reduced by half. Add shrimp and cook
for two more minutes. Add tomatoes, peas, salt, pepper and
lemon zest. Cook additional 2 minutes. Drain linguini, add
olive oil from tomatoes and toss with shrimpmixture from
skillet. Decorate with lemon wedges.
