Day 1 April 19 USA – Phnom Penh
Depart on your transpacific flight to Phnom Penh.
Day 2 April 20 Cross the International Dateline
Day 3 April 21 Phnom Penh (D)
Upon your arrival in Phnom Penh, you will be met by the local guide. Transfer to the hotel to check in. An afternoon orientation tour of the city includes the National Museum, Royal Palace and the Silver Pagoda. Meet your fellow travelers at the welcome dinner reception this evening.
Day 4 April 22 Phnom Penh – Siem Reap (B/L)
Buffet breakfast at the hotel. Transfer to the airport for a short flight to Siem Reap. Upon your arrival, transfer to Siem Reap’s downtown area to visit the Cambodian Cultural Village Les Artisans D’Angkor, Phnom Bakheng, and the Siem Reap Market. The evening is free for you to relax at the hotel. Or you have the option to attend the Apsara dinner show that features dancers in traditional gilded costumes.
Day 5 April 23 Siem Reap (B/L/D)
The full day is spent visiting the ruins of Angkor Wat, Angkor Thom and Ta Prohm. Marvel at the architecture of the temples, rich in Buddhism, Hinduism, and Khmer history.
Day 6 April 24 Siem Reap – Hanoi (B/L/D)
Buffet breakfast at the hotel. Transfer to the airport in the late morning for your flight to Hanoi. Transfer to the hotel upon your arrival. The afternoon is spent visiting the old quarters of Hanoi by “cyclo.” Enjoy the famous Water Puppet show this evening. Highlights of Cambodia & Vietnam
Day 7 April 25 Hanoi (B/L/D)
 Buffet breakfast at the hotel. A full day’s sightseeing has been arranged. You will first visit Ho Chi Minh’s Mausoleum, continuing on to tour his house on stilts, the Presidential Palace and One Pillar Pagoda. The Temple of Literature displays works of literary importance in Vietnam’s history. The afternoon is spent visiting the Ethnology Museum and Hoan Kiem Lake.
Day 8 April 26 Hanoi – Sapa (B)
Buffet breakfast at the hotel. The entire day has been left for you to explore Hanoi on your own. Transfer to the railway station this evening to board an overnight train for Sapa.
Day 9 April 27 Sapa (B/L/D)
Arrive at the Lao Cai station in the early morning. Transfer by coach to Sapa, located at an elevation of 1,500 meters. Enjoy breakfast the hotel before visiting the local market and trekking down the beautiful valley to CatCat Black H’Mong Village.
Day 10 April 28 Sapa – Hanoi (B/L/D)
Buffet breakfast at the hotel. Visit the villages of the Red Yao and the Black H’mong ethnic minority people at Ta Phin. You will have time to wander around the villages and interact with the locals. Return to Lao Cai in the evening to board an overnight train back to Hanoi.
Day 11 April 29 Hanoi – Halong (B/L/D)
 Arrive back in Hanoi in the early morning. Transfer to a hotel for breakfast. After breakfast, depart by coach to Halong Bay, designated a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1994. Board the Huong Hai Junk, your accommodations for the night. Set sail around the islands as you enjoy lunch on board. Take a swim at the grottoes or opt to kayak around the islets. Enjoy dinner as the sun sets with the beautiful Bay surrounding you.
Day 12 April 30 Halong – Hanoi (B/L/D)
Breakfast on board the Junk. Explore the islands of Halong Bay and enjoy lunch on board. Return to Hanoi in the afternoon. Have a farewell dinner with your fellow travelers who’ve become friends by now and reminisce of the fantastic adventure you’ve just experienced.
Day 13 May 01 Hanoi – USA (B)
Buffet breakfast at the hotel. You will be escorted to the airport for your departure flight.
