Departing from New Orleans
Reservations and Payment: A deposit of $500
per person is required to confirm your reservation. Deposits
must be received within 7 days of booking. Final payments
must be received by mindbodytravel, Inc. no later than 90
days prior to departure. Mindbodytravel, Inc. reserves the
right to resell the program without notice if final payment
has not been received by dates outlined above.

Single, Triple or Quads: A limited number
of single occupancy cabins are available at a surcharge. Triple

Travel Program Includes: Living With Diabetes

reserves the right to substitute accommodations of similar
quality. Ask about free roommate-matching (certain restrictions
apply). Program, schedule and faculty subject to change.
Gratuities: $70.00 per person (subject to
change), to cover the dining room team and service, alternative
dining service, and room steward. Gratuities will be automatically
applied to your shipboard Sail and Sign account.
Program Prices Does Not Include: Airfare,
any airport/ship/airport, transportation, Gov’t taxes
and Port charges of $174.60 per person, alcoholic beverages,
spa services etc. Items of a personal nature including laundry,
wine, liquor, soft drinks and mineral water, excess baggage
charges, accident and baggage insurance, gratuities and any
items not specifically listed as included.
Air, Transportation Fees For Fly Aweigh Air Sea Guests:
Please advise if an air quote is required from any gateway.
A $40 to $60 per person airport fee will apply, depending
on gateway. All taxes/fees are subject to change.

accommodations, transportation, or any other service are provided.
By the acceptance of tour membership and/or such coupons,
exchange orders, receipts, contracts, and tickets, the tour
member agrees to the foregoing, and also agrees that neither
Mindbodytravel Inc. nor any of its affiliates or subsidiaries,
shall be or become liable or responsible for any loss, injury
or damage to person, property, or otherwise, in connection
with any accommodations, transportation, or other services,
resulting directly or indirectly from any acts of God, dangers
incident to the sea, fire, breakdown in machinery or equipment,
acts of governments or other authorities de jure or de facto,
wars whether declared or not, hostilities, civil disturbances,
strikes, riots, thefts, pilferage, epidemics, quarantines,
medical or custom regulations, defaults, delays or cancellations
of, or changes in, itinerary or schedules, or from any causes
beyond the control of Mindbodytravel, Inc. nor any of its
affiliates or subsidiaries, shall be or become liable or responsible
for any additional expenses, or liability sustained or incurred,
by the tour member as a result of the foregoing causes.

STATEROOMS -- Conquest
Every Carnival guest is assured of spacious, comfortable accommodations.
All staterooms offer carpeting, ample drawer and closet space,
private facilities (shower, basin and toilet), telephone and
color television showing first-run films.

When do we embark and disembark?
The ship will depart from New Orleans at 6:00 pm Feb. 20,
05
The ship will return to New Orleans at 8:00 am Feb. 27, 05
What times should I book for my arrival and departure
flights for New Orleans?
You should arrive no later 11:00 am on cruise departure.
Return flight should be booked no earlier than 1:00 pm.
Who will I be Dining with?
We will be seated together as a group. More details with your
travel documents.
Can I wash my clothes while on board?
Each ship has at least 2 self-service launderettes located
on the stateroom decks.
What amenities are in my stateroom?
A hair dryer is provided at the desk/vanity in the stateroom.
All staterooms have an amenity basket displayed in the bathroom.
The amenities are subject to change and are only sample sizes.
The basket
may include such things as: his/her razors; shampoo and conditioner;
body wash; Tylenol; deodorant; hard candies. Supplies will
be replenished by the room steward upon request.
What is the tipping policy onboard?
Gratuity will be automatically added to your onboard Sail
and Sign account on embarkation day ($70.00 per person).
What should I pack?
Casual attire and resort wear is the order of the day both
on board and in port. Shorts, slacks, sundresses, blouses,
etc., are in line for women. Clothing for men is just as casual.
You should bring a pair of rubber-soled sandals or sneakers
to wear on deck and a pair of good walking shoes, a sweater
or jacket for cool evenings and inexpensive rain gear in case
of a sudden shower. Women may want to bring along a hat or
scarf. You’ll have a chance to dress up on two nights
during 7 day or longer cruises for the Captain’s Cocktail
Party and the Gala Farewell Dinner.
Shore Excursions?
Custom designed shore excursions will be offered at a later
day for you to sign up for.
