Lynn has been a life coach since 1997 and is the Director of Skills Development and a senior faculty member for The Institute for Life Coach Training. She has also written a training manual for an advanced skills practicum

This seminar at sea will incorporate a multi-media experience to enhance your personal journey. It will also explore ancient wisdoms from the major spiritual traditions applied to contemporary life. Using techniques and experiences from psychosynthesis, guided imagery, applied kinesiology, meditation, The Sedona Method, music, readings, movement and mindfulness exercises, ands more you will have the opportunity to discover and create a life designed from the inside out—a life created from and for your authentic self and which will be in alignment with your highest values.

One of the early pioneers of coaching, Pat is often called the ambassador of life coaching. Pat has been a licensed psychologist since 1980 and began executive coaching in 1990 with Hewlett Packard, IBM, Kodak and other companies along the Front Range. He joined Coach U in 1996, closed his therapy practice 6 months later and became a full time coach. Pat was a senior trainer with Coach U from 1997- 1998, when he started is own coach training school for therapists only, the Institute for Life Coach Training He has trained over 1500 helping professionals at Inst for Life Coach Training and is now opening offices in Korea, Istanbul, Italy, and Australia.

Pat is also department chair of the coaching psychology program at the International University of Professional Studies (www.iups.edu) and has taught graduate coaching classes at Colorado State University and Denver University. He is also Dean of the newly expanding UK College of Life Coaching for North America, and a curriculum consultant for the Coaching Certificate program at Fielding International University.
