Tour Price:
Double / Twin Room $1828 *
Single Room Supplement $439

Tour price is per person based on double occupancy in Twin/Double Room including airfare from Miami with a minimum of ten (10) members.

* U.S. and International Airport Taxes are an additional cost.

Reservations and Payment: A deposit of $500 per person is required to confirm your reservation. Deposits must be received within 7 days of booking. Final payments must be received by mindbodytravel, Inc. no later than 90 prior to departure. Mindbodytravel, Inc. reserves the right to resell the program without notice if final payment has not been received by dates outlined above.

Single, Triple or Quads: Triple and Quad accommodations are also available on a request basis. Please contact mindbodytravel for further information.

Changes/Cancellations:
$200 per person After Confirmation
20% per person 180 – 90 Days Prior to Departure
50% per person 89 – 60 Days Prior to Departure
100% penalty from 59 – 0 Days Prior to Departure

A $100.00 per person change fee will be assessed for any and every change involving names, pre and post packages and/or departure cities that are made within 60 days of departure. Mindbodytravel, Inc. reserves the right to cancel any program in which case all monies received by program participants shall be refunded.

Protect Your Travel Dollars: Trip Cancellation Insurance is an important travel investment. Mindbodytravel, Inc. is not responsible or liable for loss, damage, theft of luggage and /or personal belongings, or for personal injury accidents, and/or illness. For your protection, it is important that you have, or purchase adequate insurance to cover these possibilities. Details about insurance will be provided.

Rates: All program prices are quoted in U.S. Dollars.

Travel Program Includes: Round Trip air from Miami in economy class, 7 Nights accommodations, meals and sightseeing as outlined. Mindbodytravel, Inc. reserves the right to substitute accommodations of similar quality. Ask about free roommate-matching (certain restrictions apply).

Program Prices Do Not Include: The cost of obtaining a U.S. Passport, visa fees as required, US and foreign airport taxes, gratuities, meals other the specified, telephone calls, items of a personal nature including laundry, wine, liquor, soft drinks and mineral water, excess baggage charges, accident and baggage insurance and any items not specifically listed as included.

Air Transportation: Please advise if an air quote is required from any gateway. All taxes/fees are subject to change.

Responsibility: Mindbodytravel, Inc. acts only as agent for the hotels, airlines, bus companies, railroads, ship lines, or owners or contractors, or by persons in their employ, providing accommodations, transportation, or other services. All coupons, exchange orders, receipts, contracts and tickets issued by Mindbodytravel, Inc. acts only as agent for the hotels, airlines, bus companies, railroads, ship lines, or owners or contractors, or by persons in their employ, providing accommodations, transportation, and tickets issued by Mindbodytravel Inc. are issued subject to any and all tariffs, terms and conditions under which any accommodations, transportation, or any other service are provided. By the acceptance of tour membership and/or such coupons, exchange orders, receipts, contracts, and tickets, the tour member agrees to the foregoing, and also agrees that neither Mindbodytravel Inc. nor any of its affiliates or subsidiaries, shall be or become liable or responsible for any loss, injury or damage to person, property, or otherwise, in connection with any accommodations, transportation, or other services, resulting directly or indirectly from any acts of God, dangers incident to the sea, fire, breakdown in machinery or equipment, acts of governments or other authorities de jure or de facto, wars whether declared or not, hostilities, civil disturbances, strikes, riots, thefts, pilferage, epidemics, quarantines, medical or custom regulations, defaults, delays or cancellations of, or changes in, itinerary or schedules, or from any causes beyond the control of Mindbodytravel Inc. nor any of its affiliates or subsidiaries, shall be or become liable or responsible for any additional expenses, or liability sustained or incurred, by the tour member as a result of the foregoing causes.
